送货和退货
SHIPMENT
NANIS ships for free its jewelry with express courier in 7-20 working days from the reception of the payment. For the Boules collection, production might take longer.
If you purchase with a credit card, add one business day to the normal shipping schedules due to administrative procedures. If you pay via bank transfer, the shipping time will be calculated from the confirmation of the payment, which is usually calculated between 3 up to 5 days.
You can check the status of your shipment from the courier's website, thanks to the information you will be given via e-mail. Remember to always indicate a phone number so that the courier can contact you at the time of delivery. After two attempts, the courier will keep the parcel at their warehouse where you can collect it.
The packaging of our products is very important for us. If you receive a damaged package, remember to add the following text to the shipping document: “I accept the package reserving the right of further checks because it is damaged”. We also kindly ask you to immediately notify us your conditioned acceptance by e-mail. If the courier refuses to let you add the reserve for further checks, please reject the delivery. Please notify us the rejection by e-mail to customerservice@nanis.it .
RETURN INFORMATION
We are glad you chose a Nanis jewel If it’s not exactly what you were expecting, you have 14 days from receiving your order to make an exchange or return and send it back to us. We will collect your jewel free of charge, on a day that is convenient for you.
If you wish to arrange a return, please send an email to customerservice@nanis.it . We’ll get in touch as soon as possible and will provide you with all the information.
Please return all items, including the warranty certificate and the box containing the jewel. This is in fact part of the product and should remain intact by placing it in an outer packaging when sending it back to us. Make sure to carefully seal the outer packaging.
Once the return confirmed, we will refund you with the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise requested.
In any case, you won’t be charged for your return.
